NightImage is of a woman holding a large sphere in her left hand She is                        shown in profile looking to her left at the sphere Her hair is light                        coloured it is done up and secured with two headbands She is wearing a toga                        and has bare feet In the background there is a symbol for each of the                        astrological signs Going clockwise from the lower left corner to the lower                        right corner there is a ram a bull a set of twins 1 male and 1 female a crab                        a lion a virgin maiden a set of scales a lobster an archer a goat a water                        carrier and two fish The artists signature is in the bottom left hand corner                        the year the image was produced 1894 is in the bottom right hand corner The                        image is vertically displayed The image is double ruled in black the inner                        line is thin while the outer one is thick
