The Dew



The DewImage is of four women possibly deities The tallest woman is in the                        upper middle ground looking over the others She has her eyes closed She                        holds an unidentifiable object which may be an owl in her hands She is                        wearing a long veil A smaller woman who is also wearing a long veil is                        standing in front of her shown in full face She is unclothed from the waist                        up The hands of this woman are reaching up to hold onto the object as well                        Two veiled women are on either side of her standing in profile Their hands                        are reaching above the smaller woman’s head Neither of them are wearing                        clothes from the waist up There are several lit torches in the background                        The artist’s signature is in the lower right hand corner but it is mostly                        illegible The image has a double ruling of thin black lines The image is                        vertically displayed
